Payments: Payments must be received in advance of start dates.
Cancellations: There is no refund for cancellations within ten working days of the start date and the full fee per attendee will be charged. For funded training this will be the full programme cost before funding.
General: Meals and refreshments are included (except for Virtual Training). Beckinridge reserve the right to change dates and venues or amend the course content as part of course review and improvements.
Reproduction: All course material is subject to copyright and no unauthorised recording of any sessions or reproduction of materials is permitted.
Indemnity: In no event should Beckinridge be liable for indirect or consequential loss suffered by the Purchaser or Delegates arising out of Beckinridge’s or their trainers’ performance under this agreement.
Non-Completion: For funded training, funding support is only available to those who attend all modules on any programme and complete any required assignments. The non-funded balance (including any qualification body registration costs) may be charged if you do not complete the programme including any required assignments.
