Overview

Aimed at the scientifically-minded, this half-day workshop will demystify Mindfulness and explain the physiology underpinning its effectiveness in promoting well-being.

No single technique fits all so participants will have the opportunity to experiment with a range of mindfulness-based techniques to find out which are the most effective for them.
