ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management
The ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management is achieved through the completion of the training programme and three assignments. This enables participants to relate and embed learning from the programme directly into the workplace. With the qualification comes 12 months ILM membership, giving access to further resources for support and development.
