Assessment Methods & Evaluation
Our evaluation approach is consistent with best
practice methods. We work with clients to implement the method
which best matches their needs and build in additional assessment
and evaluation activities (more than just 'happy sheets').
Where required output from our training interventions can
be fed back into any appraisal system or we can tailor our
assessment activities and outputs to match.
