content and duration. The modularity of our courseware and
the fact that we have complete control of our material makes
this possible. As well as standard training courses, we design
and deliver bespoke In-Company Training Programmes.
Each individual Programme is developed in line with the
client's own planned strategic direction. The outcome is a
Programme and Training Intervention which will be totally
unique to the client's environment and which will be packaged
and presented as such within the company. In many cases the
Programme is linked with staff career path development and
appraisal processes.
