and delivered include:
Management Skills for Technical Professionals
Supported by The Department for Education and Learning the
Beckinridge Management Skills for Technical Professionals
programme is part of their Management & Leadership Development
Programme. This course develops the skills needed for today's
rigorous and demanding management environments.
Project Assessment & Consultancy
Skills
Supported by FAS, this programme provides attendees with a
high level of understanding and experience in consultancy
and intervention skills, giving technical professionals the
skills to assess, prioritise and manage complex interactions
with a client company, either in ICT, engineering or other
technically challenging installations.
Sales Development Toolkit
Supported by FAS, the Beckinridge 'Sales Development Toolkit'
programme was designed to increase the sales effectiveness
of small, privately owned ICT companies. The programme focuses
on critical sales and personal skills that professional salespeople
require to gain new business and to develop/expand existing
markets in a controlled and profitable manner.
Export Knowledge & ssential Skills
Workshops
As part of an Invest NI support initiative Beckinridge
deliver a number of core element of this very successful programme
including Advanced Negotiating Skills and Advanced Sales Communication.
Sales & Account Management
Supported by The Department for Education and Learning
this professional business development programme centres on
the core issues that confront businesses in relation to business-to-business
selling and existing account/market development.
Sales Development Toolkit
Supported by FAS, the Beckinridge 'Sales Development
Toolkit' programme was designed to increase the sales effectiveness
of small, privately owned ICT companies. The programme focuses
on critical sales and personal skills that professional salespeople
require to gain new business and to develop/expand existing
markets in a controlled and profitable manner.
Export Sales Programme
Beckinridge have delivered the highly acclaimed Export
Sales Training Programme on behalf of FAS for the Irish Software
Association and Shannon Soft. The programme assists and increases
the sales effectiveness of indigenously owned companies in
the Irish software industry who wish to enter or further develop
into an international ICT market.
Impact Programme
Beckinridge have delivered workshops on the Impact
Programme for Invest NI (formally LEDU). These workshops help
companies implement their marketing plans. The topics delivered
by Beckinridge are: Sales Management with Impact; Selling
a Service with Impact; Introduction to the Internet; Practical
Internet Marketing and Selling on the Internet.
EBusiness Training Programme
Beckinridge and Chambers of Commerce in Ireland partnered
to deliver a countrywide eBusiness Training Programme for
SMEs to provide a solid background in the business reasons
for adopting web technologies. CCI chose Beckinridge to develop
the programme content because of their vast experience in
developing and delivering tailored programmes and courses
in the area of eBusiness.
Empower Programme
Beckinridge delivered the Empower programme for the
Dublin City Enterprise Board. The programme provided hands-on
training for senior managers and owner-managers to assist
companies to 'gear up' for ebusiness.
Develop Your eBusiness
Beckinridge designed and delivered the Develop Your
eBusiness programme on behalf of FAS. This programme was to
help small businesses in the service sector with the deployment
of eBusiness technologies.
The Buttons Programme
Beckinridge, was commissioned by the T&EA (now
DEL) to run a series of one-day workshops under The Buttons
Programme aimed at small businesses across Northern Ireland.
The workshops were specially designed to demystify eCommerce
and to enable participants to assess its relevance to their
business.
BugBusters
Beckinridge won a contract to help Northern Ireland's
small businesses protect against the threat of the Millennium
Bug. With funding from the T&EA (now DEL), Beckinridge
trained over 750 individuals from SMEs to become 'Bug Busters',
to help them assess, manage and fix problems arising from
the Millennium date change.
