Full Time Consultative Trainer
We are seeking to employ a professional Consultative
Trainer to join our Professional Skills Division within
the Beckinridge Group.
The person chosen will be required to consultatively
sell and professionally deliver from our extensive portfolio
of management, business and personal development course
and programmes.
The qualities and abilities you will bring to the positions
are: training credibility and experience, professionalism,
business awareness, strong interpersonal skills, and
the ability to work within an existing management team.
Along with your training delivery you will be expected
to carry a contribution sales target that will be set
in line with your mix of training abilities and responsibilities.
With an all Ireland and occasional International-market
dimension, this position is challenging and demanding.
Beckinridge – an IIP and ISO 9001 company - is
noted in the marketplace for the quality of our training
programmes approach. Your part in this will be to add
value to the whole brand and process.
Salary is negotiable and all other details in line
with experience will be discussed at interview stage.
