We are all in the people business. We all have to deal with people and depend on them for our success. Yet how many of us can honestly claim to excel in our working relationships with others? How many of us are aware of our own behaviour as well as that of the people with whom we work? Couldn't we all achieve more by examining and improving our communicating and influencing abilities?

This programme explores and practices the skills people need to work with and through others. It introduces participants to Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) - advanced communication skills necessary to understanding and influencing themselves and others.
